2. AI Processing Technology Statement
Core Commitment: Hividai's AI processing infrastructure processes user-uploaded media files solely to perform the requested enhancement operation. We do not use user-uploaded images or videos to train, retrain, fine-tune, or update any public-facing or third-party AI model, now or in the future.
Hividai's products utilize deep learning models to perform AI-based image enhancement, upscaling, and deblurring operations.
Model Training
Our AI models are trained exclusively on licensed datasets, synthetic data, and publicly available benchmark datasets. No user-uploaded content from our web tools or mobile applications is ever incorporated into any training, fine-tuning, or benchmarking pipeline.
Processing Infrastructure & Deletion
For our mobile app (videos), files are processed on cloud GPUs and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within one (1) hour of processing. For our web tool (images), processing happens 100% locally on your device via WebGPU, and files are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Third-Party AI Services
Where we utilize cloud computing infrastructure for mobile app video processing, we ensure providers only execute the immediate enhancement task and delete the data immediately thereafter.

Hividai bears absolute zero legal, financial, or moral liability anywhere in the world for the media you process. If you process illegal content, copyrighted material, or prohibited imagery, the full liability falls entirely on you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hividai and its operators from any legal claims, fines, or damages arising from your use of the Services.
