Hividai is a simple web and mobile utility tool ("Services") created to enhance images and videos. We are an independent developer team, not a large corporation. Our goal is to provide functional media processing tools without compromising user privacy.
By using Hividai, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
2. Data We Collect

We do not collect: location data, contact lists, microphone access, or any form of health/financial data. Images processed on the website do not hit our servers.
3. Media Files & 1-Hour Automatic Deletion
Website (Images): Your photos are processed 100% locally in your web browser via WebGPU. They are never transmitted to our servers.
Mobile App (Videos) Processing
The mobile app handles heavier video workloads using our cloud GPU. When you use the mobile app to process videos:
- Your video is transmitted to our processing servers via secure connection.
- The AI model processes your video on our cloud GPU.
- Both the original upload and the processed output are permanently deleted within 1 hour of processing. This deletion is automated and absolute.
No AI Training
Your uploaded media is never used to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI model.
4. How We Use Data
We use the data we collect exclusively to:
- Process your media and return the enhanced result.
- Understand basic website traffic through standard analytics.
- Prevent server abuse and manage app subscriptions.

6. Analytics & Tracking
We use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) on our website to track general traffic, page views, and basic user interactions. These tools simply help us understand how many people are visiting the site.
Strict Boundary: Analytics tools only track website traffic. They have absolutely zero access to the images or videos you process.
8. Third-Party Services
We use a limited set of infrastructure providers to run our tools, such as cloud GPU providers for the mobile app, and Apple/Google for processing app subscriptions. These providers act strictly to deliver the service and do not own your data.
9. Data Retention
- Mobile App Videos: Permanently deleted within 1 hour.
- Website Images: Never leave your local browser memory.
- App Account Data: Retained until you delete your account or cancel your subscription.
10. Children's Privacy
Hividai is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
